Chopped saladA combination of fresh seasonal vegetables served on mixed
greens with vinaigrette.

Ingredients:

* 1 bunch leaf lettuce, (assorted) torn
* 1 medium tomato, sliced
* 1 Capsicum, sliced
* 1 Carrot, Julienne cut
* 4 Slices Cucumber

Dressing;

* 1 cup canola oil
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1/4 cup cider vinegar
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* Salt to taste
* Freshly crushed white pepper

Directions:

In a large salad plate, arrange the salad ingredients.

Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl.

Mix with a whisk just before serving,

Drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
